Time of recruitment from 01/9/2018 to 1/10/2018

I. GENERAL DUTIES:

To manage staffs and control all activities in Finance and Accounting Department

II. RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES

 

  1. Organize and manage all activities of Finance & Accounting Department (GL, AP, AR, balance sheet, cash flow, costing, financial analysis…) to reach company’s objectives
  2. Control expenses
  3. Sign to control invoices, vouchers, financial reports, payment request, advance payment, salary statement, fees for social & health insurances… so that assure accuracy, reasonability following financial regulations, company’s regulations and the current law
  4. Control united and concentrative data; analyze financial reports, management accounting reports, taxes and advise the Board of Director on legal matters relating to tax and finance.
  5. Cooperate with all departments in company to build and develop annual business plan
  6. Make financial plan; ensure providing needs of capital for manufacturing, business and investment activities in time
  7. Follow up investment amounts; analyze, evaluate and advise the Board of Director when they can decide the time to buy or sell most effectively.
  8. Work directly with Tax offices in case of tax balance check and Auditing company when auditing financial reports.
  9. Build up finance regulations.
  10. Build up the team (recruiting, coaching, developing) and manage them to achieve all the objectives of Accounting Department.
  11. FS Monthly report must be submitted on 10th of the next month. FS Anual report on 28 Feb.
  12. Other assignments by supervisors.

B/ Authorities

  1. Manage resources provided by the company to accomplish the assigned duties.
  2. Give decisions within responsibilities.

III. PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL AND AWARDS

 

  1. Performance of Controller will be evaluated by related supervisor.
  2. Controller has responsibilities to make appraisal for his/her subordinates.
  3. According to performance of Controller and his/her subordinates, Company gives awards based on the present company policy.

IV. REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB HOLDER

 

-       University graduate in Finance & Accounting

-       Certificate of Chief Accountant

-       Good knowledge of Finance & Accounting

-       10 years working experience in Finance & Accounting, in which 05 years in Controller

-       Having experience in GL, AP, AR, balance sheet, cash flow, costing, financial analysis …

-       High responsibility and hard working

-       Able to work under high pressure

-       Good at leadership and management skills

-       Advance in English

       -       Excellent skills in Excel, Word & Accounting Software (ERP Navision is preferable)
