Dan On Foods Corporation has been established in Vietnam since 1999. It is a business unit of DAN-D FOODS Group and the head office is located in Richmond, British Columbia, CANADA. The company is led by founder and CEO, Mr. Dan On - who started DAN-D FOODS in BC, canada since 1989.


The other business units of DAN-D FOODS Group are located in British Columbia and Ontario (Canada), Fresno California (USA), Bangkok (Thailand), China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. The businesses have a combined total workforce of more than 800 employees world-wide. All working towards the unique objective: to deliver quality products to our customers globally.

Plants & Showroom in Vietnam

The first plant is in Thu Dau Mot Town, Binh Duong Province and it is about 40 km from Ho Chi Minh City. There is also a branch and showroom of Dan-D-Pak in the new Metropolitan Zone (Sala), District 02, which is conveniently situated near Saigon Tunnel and the City Center of District 1. At the showroom our products are on display and available for purchase.

The second cutting edge plant (a branch of Dan On Foods Corporation) is the most recent addition and only begun operation in late 2018, after a total capital investment of approximately $20 million US dollars. It is located in My Phuoc 3 Industrial Zone, Ben Cat Town, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. This plant is symbolic and iconic, as the business works towards green production and higher levels of social responsibility commitment. This is combined with the most up to date technology, including the automated machinery and equipment but more importantly the plant is solar powered, while also using large water tanks to store and make use of rain water. The first phase of this green project was built on an area of 60,000 s.q. (645,835 square feet), while another plant is planned and being built on the adjacent land for a ground breaking second phase in 2019.

The processing plant of the partners in group (belonging to another entity) was setup in 2010, in An Dien, Ben Cat Town, Binh Duong Province. It is about 16 km from the main plant. This facility specializes in processing cashew in shell into cashew kernel, as well as packaging materials such as plastic jars and paper-rolled cans.

The certification is obtained  after regular external audits are conducted by internationally recognized bodies, specifically those recognized by the majority of our importing nations - where our products are traded.

Safety and hygiene are a priority at Dan On Foods. We provide our employees with a safe and clean working environment, regular training on sanitation procedures, cross-contamination prevention, safe working practices and social accountability to everyone involved.

Social Accountability Policy

A good working environment will develop the relationship between the company and our employees,creating a comfortable and inclusive environment that employees want to work in and actively contribute to the development of the company. The General Director officially announces Company’s social accountability policy: TO IMPLEMENT AND COMPLY WITH THE SOCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY CRITERIA ACCORDING TO SA 8000 (*) STANDARD, including:
  1.    1. To comply with international instruments and standards, national laws, relevant laws, and other requirements that the Company subscribes.
